How do I clean it?

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it carefully afterwards. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents or abrasive products, as these may damage the finish.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free standard shipping on all orders. This doesn't include customs duties, import taxes, VAT or local charges, which are set by your local authorities and remain your responsibility unless collected at checkout.

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times are shown at checkout for your destination and are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date. The maximum delivery window is 30 calendar days from order confirmation unless a longer estimate is shown for your country. Estimates are guidance only, not guaranteed dates.

Can I return or exchange it?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Email info@popaswatch.com to request a return and wait for approval before sending anything back. EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
