Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt by email and provide return instructions. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition. If goods are returned in a condition reflecting use beyond reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value from your refund.
